Hello. I’m Kai, an HR Operations and Development Practitioner and blogger who is excited about connecting with professionals. My cultural fields are Global Organizational Development and Cross-Cultural Management (GODCCM).  I have extensive experience in higher education administration and advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, access, anti-racism, and belonging (DEIAAB).

 

My professional journey has taken me from Washington, D.C., to vibrant communities in South Africa and prestigious institutions like Johns Hopkins University, Northeastern University, and Mills College. I hold a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, specializing in Global Talent Management. 

 

My academic pursuits reflect my dedication to understanding the intricate dynamics of human behavior, global interactions, and educational leadership. I aim to contribute to organizations and provide a platform to navigate the complexities of international operations, enhance cultural intelligence, and foster inclusion and equity in this interconnected world.
